ELLEE KOSS

From a very young age, it was very clear that Ellee did not take kindly to limitations - especially in thinking.  As she grew up she questioned authority and status quo at every turn.  Ellee fought for women’s rights in sports before Title IX and was the first female coach of a collegiate men’s lacrosse team in the early 80s.  And she built a laser in 8th grade.

With a PhD in Economics and as a professor Ellee created and led many innovative courses in Economics, Organizational Behavior and Transformation (using The Tao of Pooh as a key text), Creation and Leadership of Change, Globalization - grounded in the experience that astronauts have upon seeing the world without borders, and Creative and Critical Thinking for Freshmen.  Outside of her professional academic work, Ellee often worked with High School youth in the Boston area on developing Entrepreneurship, Vision and Community Leadership.

In the corporate arena, Ellee has brought this same innovation and creativity to bear as a pioneer in the use of Vision and Values to drive transformation and high performance.  She published Even Bears Can Learn to Tango: Leadership Wisdom for the Ages, a unique book that provokes readers into thinking and leading for themselves.  As a ‘metrics maven’ Ellee is known for developing highly innovative and personalized metrics to drive alignment and performance.

Ellee brings her willingness and determination to not accept the status quo to community in her volunteer and other activities.  Three afternoons a week, Ellee has been found to be working with youth at risk - supporting homework,  developing tech skills, cooking, coaching lacrosse and swimming and being a mentor. You can view Ellee's photography at elleek creat'z.

Perhaps most importantly, Ellee works and acts from the heart with compassion grounded in truth.
