Aristotle once said: "Educating the mind without educating the heart is no education at all." Currently, in education and in the corporate arena we only address 20-50% of what it means to be human. Imagine, new experiences and paradigms that address the whole of being human!
What if? What if we educate 100% of what it means to be human?
I, Ellee Koss, am a vibrant, phenomenal woman with a passion for and vision of what 'education' could and should be. I deny the existence of boxes, refer to ourselves as 'sh*t disturbers with a purpose,' and hold nothing sacred in our quest. Click here a more detailed bios.

As I see it, the paradigm of education has not really changed over time nor is it responsive to the needs of our rapidly changing Global Environment. It is too focused on content and testing, and does not fully empower the development of our being. Creativity, teamwork, collaboration - masteries that are needed for the 21st Century are getting short shrift. New offerings such as emotional intelligence and coding are add-ons - something that may work for ice cream but if there are too many you lose its essence - rather than integrated into the whole. It is time to transform the paradigm and develop education that works.

The name, Demolish the BOX, represents our willingness to examine and question any and all assumptions and beliefs, identify and obliterate those that are limiting, and develop new and empowering presuppositions that transform.
